As an 8th grade student at Carlisle Middle School, Lydia Marinich excelled in every area; Marching Band, Student Council, and National Junior Honor Society as well as community service!
Lydia, the oldest of four children proves that she is older and wiser than most her age. Showing an unwavering commitment to the community is just one of the few things that about Lydia that garnered Franklin Township’s attention.
Lydia began volunteering in our Administrative Offices in September of 2015 to fulfill her volunteer hours requirement for National Junior Honor Society. Lydia continued to volunteer every week because of her loyalty and dedication.
On June 8, 2016 the Franklin Township Board of Trustees presented Lydia with a Proclamation of Appreciation for her service to Franklin Township and bid her farewell as she and her family prepare to move out of state.
Pictured here is Lydia, accepting her Proclamation with Trustee Beth Callahan, Trustee Ron Ruppert and Administrator Traci Stivers.
